Data-bending experiments

I've always had a passion for glitches and how they're formed but not formed in that sense of being almost random. So I've been experimenting with creating my own again after work with some last year for a book cover project.

Above is a quick try at data bending and pixel sorting a self portrait of myself.

5 Minutes of Silence | 'RE Debut'

A new 5 minutes of silence video from my art based channel, focusing on my FMP (final major project) Which was a project in which I designed a selection of promotional products for a bands first debut. Including:
Album / Single Release
Tour Poster
Vinyl
T-shirt Etc

5 Minutes of silences is a youtube series I thought up while sitting by the river Dee in Chester on evening. Its very simple to do yourself. You just need to set up a camera in any location and let the clip roll for 5 minutes. Then upload what you’ve captured with no editing, cut or anything changes at all.

If you;re interested in the piece being shown check out this link for my process, from initial idea to final project. For all the ins and out of my mind: http://harryrobertsart.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/fmp-final-major-project.html
